The electroplating process is a method of applying a layer of metal to a conductor using the principle of electrolysis.
Zipper plating is a chemical reaction, not an electrolytic reaction. Zipper plating chemicals are professionally sold and can be experienced with the master. The colors that can be made are generally: bronze, black nickel, white gold, light gold, rose gold.

Due to the differences in the use of copper materials, the effects of chemical reactions are also different. At present, H85 and H65 are relatively common copper raw materials.
Metal zipper is usually formed with a layer of protective film by hanging plating process, so that the zipper is not easy to fade. However, this protective film will wear out after long-term use. Therefore, it is necessary to identify the plating process of the zipper when using it. As long as the metal zipper is produced strictly, the service life will be relatively long.
Since electroless plating has only a thin layer and unstable properties, the sprocket process generally in hot spots can maintain color and is resistant to corrosion and oxidation.
